Meet

Tommy W. Wagner, M.D.

Tommy W. Wagner M.D. is a lifelong resident of Manila, Arkansas. He is a 1994 graduate of Manila High School, a 1998 graduate of Arkansas State University for Medical Sciences. He then made his way back to Northeast Arkansas to do residency at the AHEC-NE at St Bernard’s Medical Regional Medical Center; then back to his hometown of Manila, Arkansas to open Wagner Medical Clinic. From there, he began to dive back into his love for agriculture, acquiring farmland; alongside expanding the clinic into neighboring communities. Dr. Wagner has 20 years experience in Family Practice and has always had a service minded approach to his career, serving on many boards: AAFP, AMS, Manila Public School Board, The Delta School Board, The Tobacco Control Board, Farmers Bank and Trust Board of Trustees, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation.

In addition to his medical career, Dr. Wagner worked with Lawrence Agribusiness to do two start- ups; FarmSource Ag and FarmSource Marketing. After handing off these two start-ups, he became CEO of Wilson City, LLC; and worked for nearly 4 years on the revitalization of the Wilson Community.

Dr. Wagner is married to Heather, a pharmacist and business owner herself. They have two children, Ty and Ella. In his spare time, Dr. Wagner enjoys golf, the outdoors and conservation.

Morgan Noble, APRN, FNP-C

Morgan Noble, APRN, FNP-C is a lifelong Manila resident. She is a 2005 graduate of Manila High School

and is an alumnus of Arkansas State University. She received her BSN and MSN degrees from Arkansas State University.  While in nursing school, Morgan worked as a Medical Assistant at Wagner Medical. After nursing school, she worked in the Emergency Department at St. Bernard’s. She then returned to Wagner Medical Clinic as an RN in 2011. After completing of her MSN degree in 2020 she began working as a practitioner. Morgan loves her job and being able to work in her hometown.  She enjoys caring for the people of Manila and the surrounding communities. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son play ball, playing with her daughter, and going to the lake. Morgan is married to her husband, Matt and they have two beautiful children. They are members of First Baptist Church in Manila.

Brittany Rose, Nurse Practitioner

Brittany is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been employed by Wagner Medical Clinic since October of 2017.

Brittany obtained a Masters degree from Maryville University and is a former graduate of Armorel High School in Mississippi County. She lives with her husband, John, in Blytheville, AR with their two sons Jack (6) and Jutt (3).

Victoria Gamble, APRN

Victoria graduated in 2005 from Arkansas State University with her BSN, and in 2009 with her MSN.

After graduating nursing school, she began her career in the ER at St Bernard’s while working on her Master’s degree.

During her time as an NP, she has worked in family care, gastroenterology and Urgent Care. She began working with Dr. Wagner in January 2023.

She is a resident of Leachville, and loves being close to home and taking care of her community. She is married to her husband Mike, and they have 2 teenagers that keep them both busy with school and other activities. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time at the lake, being with friends and hanging out with her 2 dogs, Zeus & Ziggy.

Taylor Long, MSN, FNP-BC

Taylor attended Arkansas State University for both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees.

Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology through Southeast Missouri State University. After graduating from nursing school, she worked in Cardiology in both the hospital and clinic settings for four years before obtaining her Master’s Degree in 2020.

She then worked at St. Bernard’s Heart and Vascular as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Heart Failure, Cardiovascular Disease Prevention, and lipid management.

She is ACLS/BLS certified, a member of the National Lipid Association, and has received certification through Foundations of Lipidology coursework. She has also been involved in a research program, completing a study trial on medication for cholesterol management. Taylor began working at Wagner Medical Clinic in September 2023. She enjoys being able to provide care close to home and serving rural communities.

Taylor is originally from a small town in Missouri but moved to Monette with her husband, Josh, in 2015. They have since built a life in Arkansas, which includes their two children, Jack and Ella, and two dogs, Russell and Maple. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, camping, and staying busy keeping up with her children’s sports and activities.
