Meet
Tommy W. Wagner, M.D.
Tommy W. Wagner M.D. is a lifelong resident of Manila, Arkansas. He is a 1994 graduate of Manila High School, a 1998 graduate of Arkansas State University for Medical Sciences. He then made his way back to Northeast Arkansas to do residency at the AHEC-NE at St Bernard’s Medical Regional Medical Center; then back to his hometown of Manila, Arkansas to open Wagner Medical Clinic. From there, he began to dive back into his love for agriculture, acquiring farmland; alongside expanding the clinic into neighboring communities. Dr. Wagner has 20 years experience in Family Practice and has always had a service minded approach to his career, serving on many boards: AAFP, AMS, Manila Public School Board, The Delta School Board, The Tobacco Control Board, Farmers Bank and Trust Board of Trustees, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation.
In addition to his medical career, Dr. Wagner worked with Lawrence Agribusiness to do two start- ups; FarmSource Ag and FarmSource Marketing. After handing off these two start-ups, he became CEO of Wilson City, LLC; and worked for nearly 4 years on the revitalization of the Wilson Community.
Dr. Wagner is married to Heather, a pharmacist and business owner herself. They have two children, Ty and Ella. In his spare time, Dr. Wagner enjoys golf, the outdoors and conservation.

Morgan Noble, APRN, MSN, FNP-C
Morgan Noble is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and lifelong resident of Manila.

She graduated from Manila High School in 2005 and went on to earn both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University.
Morgan began her career in healthcare as a medical assistant at Wagner Medical Clinic while pursuing her nursing education. Following graduation, she gained valuable experience working in the Emergency Department at St. Bernard’s. In 2011, she returned to Wagner Medical Clinic as a registered nurse, and after completing her MSN in 2020, she began her role as a family nurse practitioner.
In her current practice, Morgan provides comprehensive family medicine for patients of all ages, while also offering aesthetic services including Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced laser treatments. She is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their best, inside and out.
Dedicated to serving her community, Morgan feels honored to care for the
people of Manila and the surrounding areas. She values building lasting
relationships with her patients and considers it a privilege to provide care in
her hometown.
Morgan is married to her husband, Matt, and together they have two beautiful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son play ball, going to gymnastics with her daughter, and spending time at the lake. She and her family are proud members of First Baptist Church in Manila.

A proud graduate of Arkansas State University, she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees there, completing her APRN program in 2020.
Karley provides comprehensive family medicine care while also offering aesthetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced laser treatments. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best, whether through wellness care or med spa services.
Outside of work, Karley’s greatest joy is being mom to her little boy, Beau, who is truly her world.

Skiver Dilldine, MSN- FNP
Skiver Dilldine graduated from Arkansas State University with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2024.

Before gaining her Masters, Skiver acquired her Bachelors in Nursing in 2018. Since then, she has worked in urgent care and in the ER division while completing two clinical rotations at Wagner Medical.
Skiver happily married in 2021 and enjoys time with her husband and their black lab, Cache. During her free time, Skiver enjoys traveling, visiting the lake, and spending time with friends.

Khali is a dedicated healthcare professional who became a Registered Nurse in 2016 and achieved her Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2024.

Jennifer Ross, APRN
Jennifer Ross is a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 25 years of experience in the medical field.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago and began her nursing career in Northeast Arkansas before relocating to Northwest Arkansas. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, which gives her a unique perspective on both healthcare and business.
Her passion for patient advocacy and commitment to healthcare excellence continue to drive her professional journey.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a devoted mother to two sons. She values the time spent with them, especially during their outdoor adventures. Together, they enjoy hiking at Devil’s Den and kayaking at Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas. These activities provide a perfect balance of fun and relaxation for the family, allowing them to create lasting memories while staying active in nature.

Laurell Conder is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over six years of
experience in primary care.

She has been a Registered Nurse since 2013, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked for five years as a registered nurse in the surgery department, serving in both the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and the
operating room.
In 2019, Laurell earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State
University and obtained certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Her professional focus includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education, with an emphasis on a holistic approach to healthcare that empowers patients to take an active role in their well-being.
Outside of her medical practice, Laurell enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, gardening, and traveling.

Misty completed her Bachelor of Science at Arkansas State University and earned her Master of Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies at Trevecca Nazarene University. She is certified in ACLS, BLS, and holds her DEA license.
